“Toxic and heavy metals can be found in soil, water and solid waste materials. Metals testing involves detecting, identifying and quantifying these contaminants at very low concentrations. Trinity can provide testing for a wide spectrum of metals at the parts‐per‐million (ppm) and parts‐per‐billion (ppb) levels using advanced spectrometry instrumentation such as:

• Inductively Coupled Argon Plasma (ICAP)
• ICAP‐MS
• Flame Atomic Absorption (AA)
• Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption (GFAA)
• Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption (CVAA).

Trinity uses EPA sanctioned and NELAC Accredited test methods in the determination of metals concentrations. Samples can be tested for total metals, dissolved metals or Toxic Characteristic Leach Procedure (TCLP) metals.
